GOOGLE *YouTubePremium g.co/helppay# CA

I contacted Google and submitted a claim on 10/23/22 (and got a claim number from Google) about an unauthorized charge (for starting a Google*YouTubePremium service) after seeing the charge on my charge card for a purchase supposedly made in Sept 2022. I continue to get a monthly charge on my credit card. I have been going in circles on the Google pages trying to find out about the status of my claim, never getting info about someone I can contact about it.

The credit card you are using to bill me was lost and I am currently waiting for a replacement. The last 4 digits of the card you are billing are 7458. It WILL NOT GO THROUGH as of Monday.
If you can, please let me know what DAY of the MONTH you are billing me. If the new credit card comes today, I will need help in GIVING YOU THE NEW NUMBER. IF NOT, I NEED TO PROVIDE AN ALTERNATE NUMBER ON A TEMPORARY BASIS. PLEASE HELP.
