This phone number, 1-800-465-7613, is to IT Cosmetics. I ordered a sample kit for $36 + change but what I didn't know is that this transaction enrolled me into a membership. A new kit of 5 full size products are mailed out to you every couple of months and you are charged $43 + change over a couple of months totaling about $120 for the 5 full size products (your membership). She did say she could make the membership pcs trial size and charge a smaller amount of money but I told her I wanted to cancel the plan. She took an additional 20% off my remaining billing. I told her no where when ordering does it submit in writing that with ordering the sample products it automatically puts you in a membership plan. I love the products but I can't afford that kind of money on cosmetics every month. That's why I tried the sample products for an introductory price. The sales person was very apologetic and sweet.
