INtercall misrepresents themselves during the sales process and when you tell them you will not be using their services, it takes the cc they require during the "testing phase" and bills you!!

This company mis-represents itself regarding platform capabilities and gets ahold of your credit card and bills you even when you tell them you will not be using their services. (Intercall). I think we should get the word out.

Our company contacted Intercall to potentially use their webcasting platform. Their abilities were misrepresented to us and during the "testing phase" that was not apparent due to the incompetance of our contact person. This became apparent only at the end of the testing phase,when we told them that they didn't supply what we required. They had our cc for "future billing" but just billed us for a month of webcasting service we absolutely never used. This is a dishonest company.
