I had the same issue -- call 1 888-797-0103 -- the representative was so rude and argumentative! Never ever sign up with spokeo or people verified -- they make it so hard to cancel! They said I signed up for two things: 1. identity protection, 2. people verified free trial, 3. the trick is, they make you think you cancelled for both, when in reality you haven't. They will charge your card for the "hidden" trial you did not know was a separate transaction -- they don't tell you where to cancel this one -- in fact, they make it seem like it's all one thing!
