INTERNET HOTEL RESERVATIO800-3139472 MO

I was on the Choice Hotels website and I clearly entered my name on the reservation. I got a message that i had not entered my name and gave me a phone number. The choice website listed the rate at 104.00 these people charged me 142.00 and when i got to the hotel they said it should be 84.00. These people are thieves hijacking choice hotels website.

I booked a room at Best Western Inn in Morrow GA. I booked the room through bestwestern.com/Official site. When I checked my credit card charges I found that I had been booked by Internet Hotel Reservations and charged $141.86 for the room I had booked through the bestwestern.com/Official site. I also had a charge on the same statement that Best Western had charged for the same room for $98.95. I called Internet Hotel Reservations and he assured me, very rudely, that I Had made the reservation through them and that Best Western had double charged me. He put me on hold to call Best Western in Morrow GA to get it straighted out. After a brief hold he came back and told me that he had spoken with a lady named Lois and that she did not have access to the computer to get that information and that he sould call the hotel again on Monday and call me back. Having worked in a hotel myself several years ago, I knew that was a lie. She could not do her job without that access. I then called the Best Western in Morrow GA and ask for Lois. I was informed that there was no one there named Lois. The desk clerk that was there confirmed for me that my reservation came from the Best Western official reservations site. She also told me that if a reservation had come through Internet Hotel Reservations it would be in the system but there was no record in the system from Hotel Reservations. Strange how my charge of $141.86 is almost exactly like the same as Michael Engelman post on 3/19/2018 above.

Charge of $446 from this internet hotel reservations in MO. Made no reservations to any hotel recently, in MO or otherwise

I was charged $315.87 on 6-12 in Springfield, MO. I was not in Missouri on that date. This is a fraudulant charge. Please reverse that charge to my Discover. Thank you.
