On Sunday, May 31, I was looking at my Chase Credit Card account and a total of 7 charges one for $84.99 and 6 for $169.98 appeared on my bill. Plus an additional $424.95 charged, but charges were reversed. I haven't filed income tax in 15 years. I immediately called Chase and they reversed all the charges immediately. I checked my account today and the charges have been reversed. A new credit card has been issued.

These clowns keep placing Intuit transactions from Turbo Tax and Quicken on my checking acct. I have never done business with these companies. This is pure fraud. I have 5 trans pending which will be taken from my acct tomorrow for over $500.00! Notified my bank but said they couldn't stop the transactions, but would dispute the charges AFTER they had my money. Somethings wrong when you notify bank of fraud before it happens and they let it continue. I'm so mad I can't see straight.

I am an eight year customer of Turbo Tax and have recently had my fee for the "Turbo Tax Premier 2023" product taken from my credit card. However, I have not received the download for this year's product. Who do I contact to arrange that download as I think I have been missed in the distribution. I fear time is running out and past year's products surely were downloaded sooner. Please advise.

I don't think its actual Turbo Tax doing the charges. I got hit too, and some research makes it look like its a group out of Russia that is running credit card charges and spoofing the merchant information to make it look like the charges are from a legitimate business. Contact your card issuer about fraudulent charges. If they look at their records, the fact these charges were made out of the Ukraine should tip them off that something is going on.

Have not used their service, being charged, BOA stopped it. 1st time on this account.
