Apcoa car parking payment

I thought was paying Apcoa car parking for a South Eastern station car park ticket, instead i received a fine from them for non payment. Checking my bank statement i had paid LSER Connect Ecom. Looks like i have been caught out by a fraud. Beware even if it directs you from an Apcoa look-a- like website.

The description on your statement matches the description for a top-up fare I paid directly to the guard on a Kent train via a wifi payment machine she had on her belt. Perhaps the parking machine failed to register the sale.

Correction to my earlier comment: I mixed up two entries on my statement. The item marked LSER Connect Ecom Kent was in fact a legitimate parking payment for a Kent station. Is it possible you simply overstayed the length of time you had paid for. Sorry for the incorrect previous reply.
