What is it?

Stopped at the bar while on a break from the cruise ship. Purchased several drinks with my credit card. When I arrived back home, a week later, I saw that the amount I signed for was not the amount I was charged. NOT AN HONEST ESTABLISHMENT. Pay cash if you decide to drink there.
