What is it?

Mailtrack has been billing my credit card every 6 months. I went to the website to cancel the subscription. There is no way to contact the company and using the web site just sends you in a circle. I called my credit card company and the only information that it has is:MAILTRACK.IO BARCELONA.
I tried to research the company and there is no information on how to contact anyone to get the cancellation applied to my card.
