What is it?

A charge of $49.95 appeared on my Master Card bill. I never ordered any product from this company. I never received any product. How did they get my credit card info??? Mad as h---. I want a credit back to me but doubt it will happen. Will the BBB help? No tracking #, no invoice, nothing. How can this company be shut down.

A charge for $49.95 appeared on my credit card. It was under the name of Multivitaminstoday.com. When I went to the website I did find a phone number that I called. Supposedly, I had signed up for some kind of dietary supplement which would cause a recurring monthly charge. The person I spoke to supposedly cancelled my "membership" and put in for a credit which supposedly will take 7-10 days. My credit card company alerted me to this fraud by freezing my account. By the way, I never received any product and had not made this order. I would like to know where it came from.

Chase sent me a text message saying a questionable charge for $49.95 had been placed on my Visa card on 8/9. It was indeed fraudulent. They canceled the card and will be sending me a new one. What a pain. Hope these scammers are caught. Maybe it's time to bring back public hangings.

This charge ($49.95) appeared pending on my Chase account today. Just called them and filed a fraud report. The money will be back in my account in 12 hours. I did not bother to call this company. I will let Chase handle it.

Random charge from this website, claimed I had called and ordered a subscription but could not give me the tracking info, refused to give me a refund for a product I never received or had ordered in the first place. Total scam

I had the same charge today. I immediately reported to my bank. Sounds like either this site is fraudulent, or someone stole a bunch of CC#'s and is trying to use them here.

Received the same $49.95 charge "MULTIVITAMINSTODAY.COM 866-606-2918 FL" on my Visa account on 08/06/14. Never ordered their product (50 bucks for multivitamins?!) or received anything, and I only just noticed it while I was looking at my credit card account online. Clicked the "Dispute" link, and my credit card company's website displayed a messaged saying the money will be credited back to my account within two days. Hope they burn these snake oil salesment...if my account has been compromised than the timing could hardly be worse, since I'll be leaving for vacation next week.

Had this same charge show up on my statement. Charge was made 08/11/2014, $49.95. I called the number on the website. The person who took my call was able to look up the "order" and confirm they even had my correct address. I was assured that the charge would be refunded in full. This site is a front where they rack up charges and keep the money. I am sure this site is a scam, and I have no doubt nothing would have ever been delivered.

I got charged 75$ and when I called the company they asked me for the first and last four digit on my card and they didnt even find my "order" I had to send them a copy of my bank statement to be able to fix this. I should talk to my bank i see :/

I just checked my cc statement for the first time in two months and saw a recurring charge for $49.95 when I call the number on the transaction detail I was told that supposedly I ordered two bottles of dietary supplement and some other weight loss pills when in fact I never ordered such item from this "GHOST" company. The customer service person said "oh I can send you another bottle" which I had to remind him that I DID NOT ORDER anything such items ... I just want the charges removed from my ccc. he said that in 7-10 business days the charges should be reversed. I don't know what sort of scam this company is running but they ought to be investigated

I also got hit with multivitamins today.com charge on 8/7 of 49.95 on PayPal MasterCard! I never heard of them and I have never ordered vitamins online! PayPal is sending a new card and a dispute form. They said they would investigate.

Checked my Visa bill yesterday. There is a $49.95 charge from:

MULTIVITAMINSTODAY.COM 866-606-2918 FL

I called my CC bank immediately and asked for a new credit card and fraud credit. They are mailing a new card a fraud claim paperwork, to be received in about a week.

Received a $49.95 charge on my cc. Don't try calling the number as you will wait forever. Go to their billing website, raishosupprt.com and use live help. They also will apologize and offer you an "additional" bottle at no extra charge (never ordered the first one). I threatened BBB on their ass.

Can you help? What is this charge?
