I ordered their product, then I was informed I had a subscription on February 17, 2026. I immediately reached out to cancel. I have sent cancellation notices nearly daily since that day. I kept getting the same messages from them with no resolution. I followed their cancellation process for 30 days and received no help. I have been charged for a product again on March 17, 2026. They provided no evidence for my subscription other than their word. My profile shows I ordered it, but nothing about the subscription. My receipt shows nothing about a subscription.
