ORIENTAL TRADING CO 800-228-0475

I was charged R2232.43 from my bank account by OTC BRANDS 800-2280475. This was done without my consent. I want my money back. I cannot remember me buying anything from the US except a purchase I done on Alipress for a cover for my LG mobilephone. I paid $9.50 for it. This is the only time that I can remember buying anything from another country. And Alipress goods that I bought is from China.. So how did it got me to be charged 2232.43ZAR for something that I am not aware of?

charge for 188.45 appeared on my account and i did not authorize this charge. charge was from OTC brand inc. ph# 800-228-0475
