OTC BRANDS INC 0848 OMAHA NE

I have been charged $14.95 every month from OTC brands inc with no knowledge of this company.

I called my cc & they told me it was a charge from Oriental Trading Co. catalog, so I called them. When I was ordering Vacation Bible School stuff there was a button to push to save $10, so like a dummy I did, not reading fine print. It signed me up for a subscription that is $14.95 a mo. When I called oriental trading co. Customer service, they were very nice & canceled it immediately for me.

I have been charged $14.95 for several months and do not know what this charge is for.

This is ridiculous! I had the same change on my cc statement. We always check every purchase on our monthly statement. This needs to be reported and address. Oriental Trading cannot just sign me up for a subscription without my knowing about it--all because of a pop-up box. This is deceptive. I am reporting them to the BBB. Hope others will do the same.

My card is trying to be charged monthly. I have no purchases to be charged.

The OTC Brands charge is for "Fun Rewards+" Membership charge from Oriental Trading Co. The company automatically signed me up when I made a purchase online. Charging $14.95 a month for the "privilege" of shopping with them. I didn't see any verbiage notifying me of the monthly charge to purchase a sign.

To cancel this fee - you need to log into https://www.funrewardsplus.com, go to account dropdown and select Cancel membership. They will not reimburse you for fees already charged. I had to click "forgot password" when logging in as I never set up an account.

There is a pop up and apparently they send you and email for the trial, like myself I must of deleted it as I get a lot of junk email. I had to call to cancel and receive a credit.

I want to unsubscribe to the monthly payment, I didn’t realize it was a monthly fee. 3pooveys@charter.net

I did not sign up for this… It’s a pop-up box that is basically stealing peoples money… This needs to be stopped

They tried charging me last night with $108 US, but my bank automatically blocked the transaction as it was identified as a fraud. Never heard of them.

I completed an order online back in August and JUST noticed that there was a recurring monthly charge of $14.95. I DONT USE OTC enough to sign up for a subscription... BEWARE.... I WILL NEVER USE Oriental Trading Company AGAIN. I called my back immediately and reported it as FRAUD... Fully refunded and had my card canceled. THIS IS WHY I DON'T USE TIKTOK...... I will keep ALL MY PURCHASE in the USA OMG.
