PAI ISO HOUSTON TX

Today I got slammed with 5 different PAI ISO ATM charges out of Houston according to USAA. I live in Luling Texas, each ATM transaction for $202, one right after the other on my statement. How are these low lifes able to do that without a card in hand. And know the pin number. How does someone go up to an ATM without a card in hand and extract cash. Makes no sense to me. It appears that ATMs have a max withdraw up to 200 per transaction I think, so I get the multiple extractions. I'm very frustrated and ticked.

There are many reasons why your information was stolen. It could have been through an online purchase you made, theifs nowadays have scanners that they can bump into you with and get your card information, there are scanners that are used at ATMs or gas pumps, or any of the merchants you use could have been compromised.
