What is it?

I think it might be a taxi charge when you rent a taxi for "x" number of hours at a fixed price, and the driver has a credit card terminal in the car, or maybe through his phone.

I paid for a $5.96taxi ride which i authorized and there is an additional charge of $589.13 which was not authorized
