I order the Pine green Christmas tree's and received 9 plastic tree's that light up. This is not what I order and I paid $121.00. The email address attached to the website is disabled. What can I do to get my money back?

I ordered a mechanical puppy in September. I received a stuffed animal in October. I tried to return this to the address on the package (certified mail, RRR), only to have the package returned to me stating "Return to Sender, Insufficient Address, Unable to Forward" The return address on the package is "Zhao Meng, 42-35 Main Street, Flushing, NY 11355". I am requesting a full refund, including the $10.40 certified mail postage. My bank statement has PAYPAL DUOTONGGUAN SA 4029357733
