Same thing just happened to me today, but it shows up as PAYPAL *DERUIPAX95W 13392814456, 951310000 on my credit card transactions. I already reported it to my card issuer, but the scammer didn't use my PayPal to fraudulently use my credit card information. Simply a scammer that somehow got the card information. Maybe a skimmer, but definitely a scammer and thief.

this person was selling Legos on Facebook marketplace under the name Julian Barke, the account was made in 2010. "Julian" was paid immediately and after they learned they cannot get the money until the item was delivered, they canceled my order and blocked me on Facebook. first red flag was them asking to use cash app. this person is a scammer. if you paid via cash app id recommend reporting them with who ever you can. get them shut down. I've filed with PayPal and my credit card company.
