They are scammers and have committed FRAUD numerous times (far too many to list here).

On October 14, 2021, I ordered The Old & Rare Advent Calendar online as a surprise for my husband. The amount of the purchase was $59.98. It was supposed to have 24 hand-whisky samples of bourbons. The package finally arrived today and we were very disappointed. The box top even states there should "24 hand-whisky 30 ml dreams"; however, what was actually in the box was three teeny tiny bottles of something I assume is bourbon and some miniature Christmas ornaments!
Received junk item that I never ordered. I'll watch closely to see if paypal charges my card for this blue sponge that folds out in 4 ways and then again in 8 sections. Where this came from who knows. I don't order junk. But here it came July 27th 2021.
Went to buy a vgate obd2 scan tool on ebay said the amount was 43.16 + free postage when i checked out it had a gst of 4.23 but i did not see that and it took my 43.16 now there is no record of it
On November 23rd I ordered a Christmas display that fits over a large garage door. I paid extra to get the larger size. It arrived on December 15th but is a cheap imitation of what was advertised. My order states that the display is supposed to be 7 feet high and 16 feet wide. The one I received is 5.5 feet high and 7 feet wide. The order was also supposed to include mounting clips that hold the display to the door. There were no mounting clips in the box. This is another example of a complete Chinese rip off. They copied the nice ad from the real company, posted it as theirs, and then put in a horribly cheap substitute. The material is similar to a cheap scarf. They are careful to hide any contact info so there is no way you can communicate directly with them to file a complaint. So, my advice is not to buy items advertised on Facebook. Check Amazon to see if they offer the same or similar product. If so, I would order it from them. This way you have recourse if you are not satisfied with the item.

These scammers are now using the same phone number with the name "ZHENGHUILLC ZHEN" I was ripped off for two fountains for a total of $185.00. They advertised in July on Facebook Marketplace.

I have bought a game bed off of Facebook for my son. August 16th it is September 1st 2021 I have not received anything. So I looked up on my transactions on my credit card it's says I purchased it. But I went to look on Paypal nothing on there. So I was wondering how do I get my money back?
