A charge in the amount of $29.95 appeared on my debit card transactions and I never signed up for the service. It is from "TRACKTHATREPORT877-563841." When I call the number, I get an automated error message. There's no way to contact the "company" to get this resolved AND I just received a new debit card last week, so how did they get my new information?

I'm also experiencing this same issue. Bank of America has repeatedly canceled my credit card and issued me a new one, but the charges keep reappearing under new names such as TRACKTHATREPORT, PERSONALREPORTS, ETC. Today, I contacted Visa directly and asked them how my new card numbers are getting hacked. I was told that I was signed up for some kind of subscription service which gets "auto updates." This means this fraudulent service is getting my new card info automatically and there doesn't seem to stop it without cancelling a service I never signed up for... G-r-r-r ***I'm going to file a complaint with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to see if they can help. The website is consumerfinance.gov/complaint/ I encourage everyone experiencing this issue to file a complaint because this appears to be a widespread cyber-crime that needs to be stopped.

So I had this issue twice, My bank stopped the payments as fraud so fortunately the money was returned to me. Once I received a new card it happened again a few weeks later. I contacted my bank’s support line and they said it is a recurring payment- Visa gives your new card information to the merchants which is why with a new card you are still getting the charges. Contact your bank and have them put a stop on the payments.

This is a fraudulent company. They got my card number when I agreed to pay $1 when buying a used car. They've been charging me $29.95 every 2 weeks since then. Like the other person who complained, when you call the company, the automated system hung up on me.

I’m literally having the same issue. In the last 2 months, I’ve had to cancel, block and get 4 new debit cards. Somehow, they are able to take money from my account even though I’ve changed my card. Scum bags.

Just got a charge on bank debit card - WHIHCH I DID NOT AUTHORIZE from this fraudulent company. So now I'm filing a complaint with the FCC and FTC.

I just found the same 29.95 charges with the same name as you. I called Citi and they are opening an investigation. In addition to canceling my card and sending a new one, they changed the the setting on my account to that they wont auto send updated card info to each auto-debit merchant the old card was connected to.
