What is it?

Yesterday evening I ordered a thigh mild, breast mild and red beans & rice. Order #45 When i arrived home and was ready to eat i found the thigh not fully cooked, it was still partially raw and not eatable. Both the thigh and the breast was apparently also cooked in old oil. This is the third time in the past two months i have ordered chicken which has been cooked in old oil. I am not asking for a refund, but giving you a heads up. Thanks,
