I think the $2.00 payment to USA*CSC TEP CO on my credit card bill was for filling my tires with air. It took some research to track down the company CSC ServiceWorks (https://www.cscsw.com/), but it seems to be a legitimate company registered to do business in multiple states. Apparently the company operates air pumps and vacuums at gas stations, and also washers and dryers in apartments. So the charges are likely to be small, and hard to decipher who you paid. Hope that is helpful.

I can confirm that the $2.00 payment to USA*CSC TEP CO is most likely from one of those vac/air machines at a gas station. I too, was looking online to figure out what the charge was on my statement when I found this explanation from Scott Holladay, reminding me that I did use one of those machines. However, it may be harder for people to remember because the machine has a price of $1.50 posted on it (not $2.00) and it posted as a charge for the day after I used it.

I also used an air machine at a fuel station in Newton, NC. The charge on my credit card bill was for dining in Whiteplains, NY. Although the charge is ligit it would be helpful if they could provide a better identification of the charge. I would have never identified the charge if it wasn't for the helpful hints of this website. Thanks

Same here. Charge is definitely for using a card when paying at an air pump.
