I have a charge on my bank statement from Prog American Ins Prem. Can you tell me what this charge is?

I want to report the fraud of this company! They are charging me a lot of money monthly. I dont have any contract with them. I just want to tell them to stop getting money from my account. Thanks

This company charged $142 to my debit card which was NOT active at the time of the charge. I have NO accounts with this company. I will be contacting my bank as a well as the State Att. office.
