What is it?

I ordered this product in early November. Spoke to a representative about the length of time that it was taking to receive the product. I was refunded 19.40 on 11/18/14 for slow delivery. It is 12/3/14 and I have not received the product. I am willing to wait until 12/6/14. After that date, I will ask for a refund.

I ordered this product online. I have not received even a confirmation email regarding when I might expect shipment. I would very much wish to cancel my order, since it has not yet shipped. It has been almost one month since I ordered this product.
