What is it?

I have the same charge, PURCLEAN is apparently just a customer service line for several companies. They said the charge was from a company called https://alphafemaleseries.com/ then they said they couldn't refund my card but would send me a free bottle of the product. I raised a stink and they said they would refund it. I also had to cancel my cc because someone must have stolen my cc number.
