This is an apartment fee charged by the automated system. You will be charged if you have a returned payment. The payment website says somewhere on the page, mine is at the bottom, that any returned payments will be charged $25. You may not recognize the name on your account statement, but this is for a returned payment. I know its for returned payments, I am not sure if it also charges a late fee, but I doubt it, unless for different companies it does. Either way their charge policy is posted on the website (it has to be).
