QDI*QUEST DIAGNOSTICS

A QDI*Quesr diagnostics charged showed un on my credit card for a service charge of $3.88 on 1/26/2023. I haven't been to a Quest place on that date

It charged my credit card for $38 but I never had it's service in the year. When I call the number listed as merchant, no on ever picked up the call. Fraud!!!!!!

Is the lab test charge.. nothing to worry. I had done the lab on 4/6 and took the charge from cc on 4/21 :)

Fraud!!! QDI*QUEST DIAGNOSTICS just charged my credit card $220.48. I'm going to dispute this with my bank.

QDI Quest Diagnostics charged $50 to my checking account. I called the # that was with the explanation on online banking and he said now we are going to charge you $500! Evil garbage

I hs a fraudulent charge of 35.48 on my FSA benefits card and all quest has said is they can’t find me on their system….no kidding!

Lab Work/ Blood tests

I never had any services from quest diagnostics and it’s showing up on my bank statement!
