On May 21, 2014, I stopped to fill up a rental Hyundai Sonata so that I could return it to enterprise with a full tank as per my rental agreement. There was no receipt issued at the pump ..maybe it ran out of paper. I left thinking that I was okay until I saw a charge on my credit card for $72.78!
I filed a dispute with my credit card company who notified you and refunded me the difference between the amount you charged me and the amount I claimed to have actually purchased. I was told that if the merchant, i.e., you, disputed the claim then I would be rebilled.

Today I was notified that I am being rebilled for $54.02!

I have filed a claim with the AG of Michigan. I plan to provide supporting documents (Car rental agreement time stamped for my return time) and hope for the best.

You really ought to check your pumps. There is something awry with your pumps and should be corrected and at least add paper so it will spit out a receipt after transactions are done.

Recently I stopped and had to go inside and ask for another receipt. Ridiculous!!! This is no way to run a business that is on the up and up!
