What is it?

I never ordered from here they took my $50.00 Gift Card which was for Bradford Checks which sent me to Carousel Checks. I was waiting for a conformation number and never received it. I called them and they said I never sent a payment so they never made the order. I don't know how they got my card and I do not know what this company does? I never heard or ordered from SP POPSMART
