What is it?

Got a charge from SP RAYCONGLOBAL.COM for $103.43 on my PNC card. Got the email and text messages about it. Didn't buy anything from them. Logged into my PNC phone app, it showed it and I clicked on the link. Then it went away. Logged into the website address from my laptop and didn't see the charge there, but PNC had it still subtracted from my balance. Refreshed the page, then the money was back. Fishy AF.
