My bank called me stating this was on my debit card. I did not recognize it so they took it off and sending a new debit card. I thank Bank of America for being on top of this. They had a second one TWSCV.com as well both from new Atlantic City NJ.

Same happened to me! TWSC and Spbll.com 45.00 twice. luckily it was declined.
yes SPBLL.COM AND SPUST.COM tried to steal 45.00 4 times. on a card I rarely use. no idea how they hacked it but thank you capital one!!
