Monthly charge of $14.99 was coming in on my account. I never used them but felt like I needed to cancel this monthly charge. When I tried to contact them, no one would answer the phone. I think this is a scam and fraudulent. I finally called credit card company and they said I would have to get a replacement card and then they would block any further charges from this company.

I have discovered that I have been taken for $14.99 every month on or around the 17 of the month. I am now investigating with Bank official how far back this has been going on.. My records only go back since the beginning of the year. I don't ever recall ordering anything from them.

James Ordered off a Facebook ad advertising as Bulbhead 3 flashlights buy 2 get one free deals. I got this membership thing in the mail saying I signed up on it & will be billed $14.99 per month.( never got the flashlights ) Some how searching the Internet for this company led me here. Now I read all these scam complaints. I don’t even remember seeing Anything about any membership & being charged $14.99 a month. I gotta find out what this crap is now.

There is charge on credit card for $14.99. Per others membership fee. How are they getting away with this?? I’m so sick of people taking advantage of others and getting away this. Can’t keep canceling creditcards every time a scammer is allowed to remove funds for unauthorized reasons. If it’s bulb head, I’ve ordered from them received product, but no authorization for a membership. But yet they’re still allowed to Advertise on national TV. Probably not Evan investigated. What’s the government doing about this??

My card is being charged with no purchase made from me

We originally ordered 2 Atomicbeam flashlights. Received 3 instead. Didn't want 3rd one. I t was defective. Only way we could return it was if we paid for shipping. Kept it as shipping would be as much as light. Over charged but that was corrected. Now we have been charged for another blubhead for $14.99 charged to my husbands bank card. We never asked for this and didn't receive it anyway. We need to be reimbursed for this. All phone calls were futile. Stayed on hold for over an hour.

I tried to reach Bulbhead at the customer phone number referenced in my bank card statement, which is how I should contact the vendor. This robo service ended with a disconnected call. Later I tried the phone number listed in the charge description 800-232-2215 and a kind person asked and cancelled my membership and refunded the charge. I will have to wait until next month to verify it is really canceled but it sounded legit.

I too ordered the 2 for 1 Atuomicbeam flashlights for Christmas gifts, and have been charged every month for $14.99 for some sort of membership, that I do not recall being informed of, or agreeing to. My bank is investigating, but be careful ordering anything from Bulbhead, and if possible use Paypal, if they offer that choice. Once this company has a credit card number seems they feel the need to charge you every month.
