What is it?

Just paid my T-Mobile bill on Jan 19th for $248.00 , woke up this morning to a charge from TMOBILE*Postpaid FDP for $222.03!!!!! I am livid ! Doing research apparently it’s A FRAUD CHARGE FROM RUSSIA! T-Mobile doesn’t see any charge on my account for that amount which i know. What do i do?!
