TN bill info 44800520030 Valletta ML

visa was charged last month JULY and this month AUGUST for $45.96.. first they charge $1.00 to test if the account is valid, then they credit it back, but now chatge $45.96. I have tried contacting "customer support"... BUT surprise!!! no support. I wrote to the contact "email", but NO answer, so I am having my bank change my account ... who the hell are these people, There is a NM*Bill but they are not the ones, these are piggy backing on the similiar name to steal money....stop them please..
