What is it?

My credit card was charged (USD 39.99) by these Cypress scammers in Sep 2022 and Oct 2022. Mastercard refunded the charges. Now there is a new charge on my Feb 2023 statement. It started as a horoscope "reading" which I willingly paid for, and they kept charging me a monthly "subscription". I will find out if Mastercard can permanently block them.
