UBER US HELP.UBER.COM CA

I have had 4 credit cards numbers used at Uber since January and I have no way to stop it. It does not help to get a new card. Tell me how to contact someone to stop this fraud. It totals at least $2,000 in charges I did not use. I never use uber and after this will never use them. Uber has no phone number as I do not have an account no way to contact them.

When I returned from vacation, I had 9 charges to my debit card by UBER. I have NEVER used UBER for any reason. I have reported these charges as fraud to my bank and am awaiting resolution. Someone needs to go to jail for this and I am going to push this issue for prosecution. There isn't even a live person to discuss these issues with. I canceled my debit card and refuse to be issued a replacement.

On December 23, 2020, Uber Trip put 2 charges on my debit card. One for 209.07 and one or 110.13. I received a text from my bank asking if charges were approved. I answered NO. I called my bank and told them I had not made these charges. I do not have an Uber Account and never have. I have never used Uber for anything. Don't know how they got my card number. My debit card was cancelled and I was sent a new card. Somehow Uber got a hold of my new number that I hadn't even used as yet and put the charges back on my account. This is fraud and I have reported it as fraud to my bank. If it is not removed from my debit card, I am going to press charges against Uber.

I been charge 9.99 every first of the month. I been trying to remove this charges from my bank but is been imposable i also try to speak to some one alive and is Imposible too

$108.73 was charged to my credit card & I never ever used anything to do with this Uber thing???? What the heck is going on. This is some kind of a scam.

My credit card was falsely charged to Uber/CAN in early Sept while I was on vacation and my card was cancelled at that time. Now on my bank info, on Oct 7th, there are 2 charges to HelpUber.com.CA on my new credit card and I did NOT use an uber at that time! Please HELP to stop this fraud.

I have a uber charge on debit card here in Brookville PA. We do not have uber, we do not eve have walmart. $47.00 plus 2.31. Never done uber in my life...

My credit card 4080 has been used for 5 rides that I did not authorize. the dates were: 4/22/21 for $58.18, 4/23/21 for 47.98, 4/23/21 for 53.89, 4/2//221 for 61.69, and 5/1/21 for 109.04. Plrase rev=erse these charges from my credit card and quite excepting my credit card ending 4080 for any charges in the future.

I’m going through my account I have found a charge taken out of my account on August 17th for $9.99. I do not have an account with you. I don’t know where this charge was from.

Over the course of 3 days in April 2021 I was charged at least 24 times on my card for “HELP.UBER.COM”. Some of the fees were allegedly incurred overseas as some of the charges were for “Intl visa fee”. I rarely use Uber for travel as I have a car. In fact I have only used Uber for travel once this year. I never use Uber Eats. Please provide an explanation. Some fees were for 1 cent - going up to over $30!

I was charged 13.19 on 2/23 and 3.00 on 2/25. I have never had a uber eats account and never ordered a uber ates order.

I am disputing a charge. The driver never showed. A friend checked with his gps and found that my address was located at least a block away.
