What is it?

My bank debit/visa card keeps getting recurring charges for Vincenti Buildings and another associated charge for CrossBoard Fee. The charges are typically $9.99 or less and show up every other day or so. There is a notation of TN-tnpaym.com also on the activity statement which as a website associated with an on-line dating service but when I call them to dispute the phone message says "please wait, we will call you back" and then hangs up. This is a fraudulent company.
