I had the same thing happen. I tracked it to Voyager Bitcoin. I e-mailed customer service the day the big withdrawal happened and they were able to lock the fraudulent account at Voyager (support@investvoyager.com). My bank was able to retrieve the money. This was very shady because no one logged into my account to verify the two test deposits and I have very tight security. Hope you were able to resolve your issue.
