If you have used a vending machine in which you swipe your credit card you will see a statement like above on your card activity. Depending on where the main office is located, the following city or state may appear. Ex: CMSVEND*CV HOUSTON, HOUSTON, TX, USA

This is a vending machine used in most hospitals. If you swiped your card at a vending machine, that is the charge. It is not where you swiped it - it is where their service center is. IE: I live in Quakertown, I swiped in Quakertown, but it says Allentown (their service center location).

Regardless if the card is swiped at a vending machine, it should still require the user to enter a PIN#. Otherwise, the purchase should be denied, right?

All three fraudulent charges. These are vending machines in New York, yet I'm located in Texas. If you see MMS and CMSVEND showing up on your statements, contact your credit card companies!
