What is it?

I was charged and showed on my statement that I had ordered a product from this company. I know NOTHING about the so called product and have not ordered one single thing from this company! I was even unaware of this activity untill it appeared on my statement! No one else has access to my account. This is clearly fraud. I demand a report made and a full refund!
