Im having the same problems as mentioned above. I have no idea wats the website is about but they have been deducting recurring payments and it accumulated over $300 .I have notified the bank and block my card but despite doing that they still tried to deduct another payment from me..they are liars,scammers, and cheaters who are trying to scam people out of their hard earned money.people, please do beware of this website and the scammers out there.

I had no idea who this was however another persons note that this was about messaging services, could be the case. I recall searching for a service like this. I didn't ever use this service - odd. I have now discovered multiple debits that total $246.56. I have notified my bank (I am in Australia) sometimes they take on the disputed transaction and refund, I certainly hope this is the outcome - time will tell. PS - The amount keeps increasing - on a non used service??? Check your bank accounts - these people are thieves!

Same as Richards it's pretty cause I called there call site and asked to be taken off they said they couldn't do it and added me to premium offer. I said no and still added me. But refused to take me off their list and there website doesn't even do what it was in tened for all cap and bullshit.

Its fraud. Im in Australia and they have been taking random payments out over the past couple of weeks. Starting with small amounts. In total we are up to over $250 now. We are also being charged and International transaction fee .. like I said im in Australia! My banks been notified!!! 3 times 3 different cards in a year ive had to dispute fraudulent activity !!!!!

I have Notes that this Ptoarc group has access into my bank account and make deductions over a month now, they are fraudsters

I had the same thing happen I have never used a site like that and have never put any of my cards on any site other than Amazon and dominos pizza. Over night about a month ago they drained out 140$ in small charged over nite while I was asleep about 14 different charges all between 3am-4am charged $11.70 then $7 then $11 then $9 and did those charges over and over until there was nothing left and then still tried 3 more times so I reported it and turned off my card got a new card and number and just 5 min ago they tried to charge me twice 1 for $9 the $1 on cash app I think I have decided to no longer use cash app because of this and they will not refund or do anything about it

So, Someone per the bank is trying random cards and information enough to make a charge. 26 hit my bank and processed. So I looked to see what ptoarc.com was..... There is NO Website. One would hope that since banks talk to each other about fraud per this board since May that biller ID should have been watched overall and shut down where no more people are scammed.

I need out of their system immediately. They lie and takes ppl money after you specifically tell them to cancel the subscription. They tried on the 4th of Sept. And I told them I want my subscription canceled.

I was charged 37.15 and I never authorized a transaction with your company

They offered a one fullday of unlimited messages on I wantu website for $1.00. I accepted the offer and paid the one time fee. it went through okay , but since then they tried to charge my card $11.69 Sunday at 7:50 AM, $23.40 again Sunday at 7:50 AM, and then $38.75 yesterday Monday at 7:55 AM. I want my card out of their system and whoever is behind this scam put in jail for the rest of their natural lives
