There was a restriction put on my cell phone. I called this number and was told I owed money !! I was on "auto pay" , so i knew I did not owe money. This is a fraud group that charged me for a verizon bill, ( that I did not owe). In order to take a restriction off my phone, I gave them my credit card number;.to pay $190.14. VERIZON DID NOT PUT THE RESTRICTION ON MY PHONE THIS GROUP DID. My phone was not released and was left "restricted". I called Verizon at 7AM two days later. I was told that the Verizon NEVER received the amount. I did not owe ANY money ! I finally reached a "real " Verizon wireless". person. She said, that I did not owe money and the amount $190.14 was not put on my account. I was given the "fraud " number to report this group. Credit card too amount off my card, and is sending me a new credit card number. "they also put a notice on my Target card, that the number xxx-xxx-xxxx was no longer connected to this card"
