Taking money from people's bank without telling anyone

This is a bullshit charge that "sales people" are paid commission on! Unbeknownst to the customer this is a monthly charge scamming tens of thousands of people every day! THIS SHOULD BE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!!!!!!!!! Non corporate AT&T stores, Target and Walmart do this kind of shit. Do not take or get your phone there. They are thieves. We had a phone serviced at a non-corporate AT&T store and this is what happened.

Called to confirm using the number included in the name. It is a cell phone protection charge.

Tried to cancel this plan (which I didn't buy) but the automatic system said to press 4 to cancel, but every time I did it said it didn't understand. Then it hung up.

I went to "square trade.com", registered my phone using the e-mail address I used when I purchased the phone, and clicked on "Cancel". They said that they would cancel. Got my Fingers Crossed!
