Allstate1-877-9 San Francisco Ca Usa Misc

Multiple charges on my bank statement for $19.99 (x2) from this Allstate. I did not authorize this. It’s fraud and I want a refund for all the charges immediately please.

I recently got the same charge on my bill. same amount and details on my banking statement. found out it related to switching phone providers from Tmobile to AT&T. apparently AT&T auto enrolls phones to an allstate protection plan/insurance. I don't remember opting in. anyway the only way i found out was because that was the only financial change i had made was phone stuff so when i spoke to at&t rep he told me how to opt out for future billing. hope this is your case too and not an actual scam charge
