Charged on my credit card 3/11/23. Did not order and don't want. someone did scam by third party. I need a refund ASAP please, thank you.

On Feb 21 I made a BIG mistake and ordered some Rejuvenate CBD Gummies which were billed at 5x what I expected - I immediately called to cancel but they said they 'couldn't because it was already being processed.' I am still waiting for my refund. Today I realized I had a 12.49 charge on my credit card that I did not recognize, from Challenge Body Mind. They quickly refunded this, but I see it is from the same area in NM that the Gummies order originated. Going back thru my email I see I had a confirmation from BodyMind that I ignored because I thought it was from a different transaction. This email arrived the same day/time as the Gummies confirmation. I lived in NM and jobs can be hard to find, but someone has come up with a money-maker. They charged me 259.97 for the Gummies and have been using this $ for nearly 2 months while stalling on the refund. Also charging $25 'restocking' fee.

CBM is allegedly a company showing a NM address selling something like CBDs or equivalent. It is a scam that continues to charge monthly a small amount, in my case, $12.49 a month. I failed to catch this for six months. When you call the company number listed on the CC you get a call center in asia.

I did not authorize this transaction and the compnay has been charging me 12.49 a month for almost a year. They wont refund me the full amount that they took UNAUTHORIZED for 11 months. So I am now out roughly $140 dollar because of this scan company.

In brief, I cancelled becaus I was charged $129.88 for an unwanted subscription order #20558596 on 4/19 and was told it would take four weeks for a refund and I returned unwanted delivery as directed to P.O. Box 7000, Smyrna TX 37167. I was then charged an additional $59.95. My return was not accepted and returned to me marked "SERVICE DISRUPTION OCCURRED" on 5/2. On 5/20 a pending charge of $12.95 showed up on my credit card account. I want a refund of my $189.83 and the pending charge of $12.95 cancelled.

Have been noticing a $12.49 charge on my credit card for the last few months. Finally checked what it was and see it is a big scam. Just got a new credit card.

I asked for refund ( promised 100$ back) and i soon i did they charged me $12.49 So the credit card called me and said that was an unauthorized transaction So we canceled the transaction Guess what They can give me my money back Because the original credit card was cancelled They’re very shity company and is a scam

got the call alst night from bank specifically the fraud dept. charged 12.49 to my account. this is a scam !

Was charged 199.88 today and immediately called my bank and reported as fraud!! This is a scam and not sure why they think they can just charge credit cards at will, without authorization! I will get refund from my bank!

P4*DIRCHK8332604500. Reported as fraudulent to my credit card then called the number and they "represent many customers". They asked for the amount of the charge and when I told them they said those are for CBD gummies. How do these places get my credit card info, ugh!

These scammers need to stop trying to charge my credit card! It's gross!! I'm filing and reporting them!

Paid $9.99 for shipping on entry to contest to win cookbook and pan set last week-They took immediately from my account then sent an email from care@proprchse.com confirming and thanking me for signing up with FitnessPlansDirect with signin credentials to access. So I go to their website https://fitnessplansdirect.com and enter username and password.. INVALID. I’ve emailed the customer service and it comes back undelivered. Today I have a pending charge of $109 on my bank. I let my bank know it was unauthorized and will dispute the charge but I’m still trying to call this number associated with all the other comments and nobody ever picks up. There’s no way to contact them. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I have been charged $12.49 for something I did not order or authorized. There is no number to call. All it states is P1*CHALLBM 320 Gold Ave SW Albuquerque, NM 061223… statement dated 06/16. Please stop! It’s irritating!!!

My credit card company just contacted me, reporting that they did not approve a charge for $12.49 at P1*FITCHK8447067699, indicating it was likely fraud -- which it is. I did not authorize a purchase for anything from this company today (or ever) nor make a purchase in this amount from any company today (or within the recent days). Definitely fraud. Grateful my cc company alerted me to this!

Call your credit card company and report the fraud charge. They should refund you the money. I just saw my $12.49 today. Called and the company said they would cancel and refund. The credit card company has to wait for the charge to finish processing, then they can refund after it does. I do have to call again when it is finished.

Hope this helps someone. Also, had my regular card comprised. Wish all these people would put their talent to better use.

I did order the gummies,but not at price I was charged, fraud department called and they took care of it, then,this month noticed the 12.49 charge for last 6months.Calling fraud department.

CBD gummies. Ordered several bottles so they would last for months. Charged $199. This was a subscription service which I didn't realize and canceled in August. Additional charges were $12.49/month. Those charges continued on. I called the origninal number which is the SAME number associated with both charges and was told that in order to cancel the $12.49 I would have to call a different number. The original number was: 8554604451, the second number was: 877-215-0525. The second number has the same answering system as the first number. Same music, same script; however, the people at the second number could not find my zip code and want a reference number in order to cancel the subcription (whatever that is for). They cannnot find it by the email, phone, zip or address even though the first number absolutely could find me. Nothing in the email. Asked for the company name so I could go through the emails and find the reference number but they told me they are just a third party and handle many different company products. What does this mean? That they can just continue to charge me forever? This has to stop. This means we all need to stop buying subscription items until they stop using a third party billing system that cannot do cancellations.

I ordered weight loss gummies a year agonand I canceled after the gummies started coming without my knowing it was charging my credit card monthly. I finally got that part stopped, but now I see a charge for $12.49 every month and I receive nothing for that money. I'm reporting this as fraud and canceling this credit card.
