I’ve had three charges from target Brooklyn New York for $500, $500, $436. After first one I close my card and ordered a new one, before I got this card another card using my new card numbers that I hadn’t activated yet. So I canceled this new card ordered another card and today there was another charge for target using this card that’s never been activated and never used I download it security change my pin and still somehow somebody was able to get onto my Cash app and use my cards. Is this a cash app problem? Cash app tells me to contact the merchant (target) They can’t give me any phone number or reference because it was a declined purchase that insufficient funds.
