My cash app card number was somehow used at target in Brooklyn new York to purchase something I've never bought. I haven't shopped at target in years. The amount was 36.04 and I want my money back and to prosecute whom ever did this. I can send the cash app information where it says target charged me. But that's all the info that was provided. I contacted cash app and they said I have to contact t b e merchant. I cannot find a phone number to call and speak to a human. So what do I do now?
