Charge of $19.99 out of my checking account that I DID NOT authorize. Please refund Immediately

My husbands card was charged 19.99 on 6/6/23. He called them and told them to refund. He did not buy anything from them. They said it would take 2 weeks. I see others experienced the same thing 2022. Apparently they continue to commit fraud. why cant this be stopped by someone who can do something about it. Investigate. This is crazy.
